1. Policy status
This is a draft. It is not a “no refunds” policy and not a promise that every payment is refundable. Each request is assessed individually. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you; where the law sets a stricter rule or deadline, the law takes priority.
To confirm — placeholder
- Applicable jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protections, final refund eligibility and exclusions — qualified legal review required.
2. How to request a refund
Send your request to admin@rendiva-global.com, or through the member dashboard once a request feature is available there. Please include the order or payment reference, purchase date, product or service, and the reason for your request. We will ask for additional evidence only when necessary.
We will never ask for your password, seed phrase or private keys. Do not send them to anyone claiming to represent RENDIVA. Submitting a request does not confirm eligibility or approval.
3. Response and processing times
Initial response: we aim to acknowledge your request and give an initial response within 5 business days. An initial response is not a refund decision or payment.
Refund processing: if a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to verification and payment-provider constraints. Blockchain settlement after processing depends on the network and is outside our control.
These are targets, not guarantees; some cases may take longer. Any mandatory legal deadline takes priority. If there is a delay, we will tell you why and what happens next.
4. How requests are assessed
We consider the relevant facts, including payment verification, purchase date, service delivery, content access, coaching usage, the terms disclosed at purchase, and applicable law.
Duplicate payment: we verify both transactions, keep the valid purchase and review the confirmed duplicate for refund.
Payment confirmed but access missing: we investigate and try to restore your paid access. If access cannot be provided within a reasonable period, we assess an appropriate remedy, including a refund where justified or legally required.
Change of mind (digital training): assessed against applicable withdrawal rights, checkout disclosures, purchase date and content access. Accessing content does not automatically remove any withdrawal right you may have.
Technical disruption: we investigate and restore service promptly where possible. If a paid service cannot be restored or delivered, we assess appropriate remedies without delaying mandatory consumer protections.
Wrong package purchased: where feasible, we offer a suitable package correction or change, or review a cash-refund request based on the circumstances and your rights.
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment: we investigate the evidence, consult the payment provider where appropriate and apply proportionate security measures. The refund claim is assessed separately; we do not automatically accuse customers or reject legitimate claims, and we follow applicable law and provider dispute procedures.
To confirm — placeholder
- Digital-content withdrawal rights and immediate-access disclosures — qualified legal review required.
5. Coaching cancellations and unused credits
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, your coaching credit is restored. Late cancellations and no-shows generally do not restore the credit, subject to applicable consumer rights; exceptional circumstances are reviewed manually.
If the coach cancels, you may choose, where feasible, between rescheduling, restoring the coaching credit, or requesting a cash-refund review.
A restored credit lets you book another session; it is not cash. Cash-refund requests for unused coaching package credits are reviewed individually, considering the unused portion, the package terms and your rights.
6. If RENDIVA cannot deliver a paid service
Where feasible, you may choose a replacement session or equivalent service, account credit with your agreement, or a cash-refund review. Mandatory legal remedies take priority.
7. Cryptocurrency payments
Underpayment: paid access is not granted until payment is properly confirmed. We explain the verified shortfall and, where supported, you may pay the remaining balance or request a review of the transaction and a possible refund.
Overpayment: we verify the transaction and your intended purchase. Where technically and legally feasible, you may choose a supported refund of the excess or, with your agreement, apply it to another purchase or account credit. Overpayment and refund notifications never trigger an automatic return transfer.
Wrong-network transfers and other crypto errors: we review the transaction and may consult NOWPayments or the relevant provider. Recovery is attempted only when technically feasible and authorised, after explaining known risks and costs. Recovery or reimbursement is never guaranteed. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible — verify the currency, network and destination before paying.
To confirm — placeholder
- Crypto refund method, refund currency, network fees and payment-provider limitations — qualified review required.
8. Refund methods and fees
Before processing, we verify the original transaction and the intended customer, and use a supported refund route that complies with applicable law. We explain any case-specific fees, currency effects, network constraints and third-party limitations before processing, and distinguish RENDIVA charges from third-party charges. We do not promise a specific cryptocurrency amount or exchange rate before verification and do not make unlawful deductions.
9. Decisions and reconsideration
We keep you informed of receipt, review status, decision, any delay and processing status. You receive a written decision by email or through the member dashboard where available, with the reason for approval or refusal. If you disagree or have relevant new information, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to the decision or writing to admin@rendiva-global.com.
10. Records
We keep a proportionate, access-controlled record of each request: reference, reason, evidence reviewed, decision and explanation, relevant dates and refund status.
To confirm — placeholder
- Retention period — to be confirmed after review of privacy law, accounting obligations, dispute periods and legitimate business needs.
- Business identity and final effective date — being updated.
